Traditional Meets Tropical in this Indianapolis Celebration: The Real Wedding of Blake Connolly & Drew Hoopingarner

Just like their personalities, Blake and Drew wanted to honor traditional and classic themes while putting their own modern twist on it. There were two things they absolutely wanted for their wedding. One was to bring together everyone they love to celebrate their union. The second was to have a seamless transition from their elegant ceremony to the all-out party that they wanted afterward. “Bold fuchsias, bright greens and electric blues showed up throughout the florals and table linens, creating a lush, high-energy palette. We brought in clear and black ghost chairs and sleek acrylic tables to give the space a modern edge, and added soft seating with large palm trees and uplighting to evoke a playful, intimate vibe,” Blake and Drew share. Burns Special Events was one of the rental companies that helped them pull it all together!
