"The vision for this styled shoot was inspired in part by the venue itself," Madison Frisch, one of the co-hosts and planners of this shoot, explains. "Our 'Coastal' design was inspired largely by the bright sun room that flourishes with detailed tropical wallpaper and an original blue tile fountain. The bright, spring design was influenced by Greece and U.S. costal cities." The team created a stunning and elegant look that reminds us of both Greece and the beaches along the United States's coasts!

We have to talk about that stunning dress! "The bridal boutique worked alongside Eden to browse their collection and find a dress that fit the intimate design. The a-line ballgown brought attention to the elevated nature of a genuine coastal design," Madison shares. With the exposed corset peeking through the bodice as well as the asymmetrical sleeve design, this dress is as unique as it is elegant. The team also decided to style the bride's hair in a classic bun with a few pieces left out to frame her face, which was made-up with rather neutral makeup to highlight her natural beauty. She absolutely glows in her photos!

That gorgeous fountain within the venue was a major reason for having the shoot at this locale! "We had a Mediterranean-inspired mood board designed before meeting with The Christy House," Madison admits. "Once we saw the fountain room it was an easy decision placing our Mediterranean design there." This unique space in the venue was the perfect touch for this elegant and beachy shoot. Look how serene the happy couple is when sitting along the fountain edge!

With the Mediterranean theme in mind for this shoot, the creative team knew their main color scheme would incorporate the blues and whites that are so characteristic to the Grecian coast. "Ocean blues, citrus and bright white work so well together, but we don't see it often in our area. We wanted a blue runner to represent 'waves' and citrus for a pop of color and shells to unify the design," Madison raves. We love the way the blues don't overwhelm the scene thanks to the balance of white.

Speaking of blue and white, we love how those two colors combine throughout the shoot like in the cake and stationery. The cake is a simple yet elegant design with that beautiful white flower as the cake topper. Inspired by the tiles on the fountain, the stationery takes on a classic tiled design with blue and white designs that match the cake and tablescape. The bride's simple white bouquet brings another classic look into this shoot while adding nature to the scene!
